Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What kind of parking is available?
Botanic Luxury Apartments offers free surface lot parking and select apartments come with an attached garage; we also offer EV parking spaces with chargers.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
I work remotely, are there spaces that accommodate this?
Yes, Botanic Luxury Apartments features Co-Working stations, Micro Offices and a Conference Room for residents.

Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Guests can park in any of the spots in the community. We do not have designated guest parking spots.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
No, residents do not need a pool pass. However, they will need their key fob to enter the gate. pool fob required for POOL entry
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
Resident submits a request into the office and the team checks the availability on the calendar. If it is available, they will need to complete a rental form and pay the fee. We are actively working on what the fee is to rent our community clubhouse.
What are your fitness center hours?
Our fitness center hours are 24/7. Residents need to use their key fob to enter any gym door.
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
Our movie room requires reservations.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
We do not allow pool parties. We allow each resident of the apartment to bring 2 guests.
Where is the Compactor located?
Our compactor is located right past the leasing office by the side of the community.
Where are the grills and what type are they?
We have 5 grills on the property. 4 are gas and 1 is charcoal. They are located at the pool and in the 2 courtyards
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
X-Finity, residents are able to choose the speed they would like, phone number is 877-834-6757
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water is billed through the community and power is Georgia Power (888) 660-5890
What are the top community amenities?
pet wash station, bike storage, conference rooms, private offices, coffee bar, and electric car charging stations
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Every Thursday morning. Each apartment building has assigned trash chutes on each floor. Carriage homes buildings are assigned to the compactor between 200 and 300 building. .
Where is the dog park?
The dog park is at the rear of the community
